Provisional waiver of illegal presence

We have a highly qualified team to advise, guide and attend your process in the most professional, fast and efficient way possible. You can have the peace of mind of having a group of professionals who will work each case as yours. Here’s how the process works and some of the requirements to qualify.

If you are the immediate relative (spouse, children, and parents) of a U.S. citizen and / or lawful permanent resident, you can apply for provisional unlawful presence waivers before leaving the United States for your consular interview as a beneficiary of a Family Petition.

The provisional unlawful presence waiver process allows those persons who are legally eligible for an immigrant visa (immediate relatives, family-sponsored or employment-based immigrants, as well as persons selected by the Diversity Visa); that they only need a waiver of inadmissibility for unlawful presence to apply for that waiver in the United States before leaving for their immigrant visa interview.

If you are ready to proceed with your application it is very important that you work with an immigration attorney. Our attorneys have more than 15 years of experience and are committed to obtaining the best result for your case.
